Sustainable living in Arizona

Over 600 acres of this exceptional land will be protected in perpetuity. Thousands of saguaro cacti—and whenever possible, their symbiote trees—will be lovingly and painstakingly preserved and replanted. In our first two neighborhoods, Saltbrush and Blue Basin, we’ve saved 3,433 cacti and 1,640 trees. Additionally, of great concern for life in the desert is water. Rest assured there is a respectful and reliable plan for water at Saddleback that involves responsible sourcing and use.
