Saddleback is located at 35072 N. 135th Drive, Peoria, AZ 85383, and is most easily accessed by Vistancia Boulevard.
HOW MANY VILLAGES ARE IN SADDLEBACK?
Saltbrush model homes are open as of July 2026. An additional three villages will be open by the end of 2027: Blue Basin, Long Canyon and Long Canyon Reserve.
What homebuilders are in Saddleback?
Our homebuilders include some of the nation’s most reputable partners, including David Weekley, Lennar, Taylor Morrison, Camelot Homes and Toll Brothers.
What are the HOA fees?
HOA dues are $130 per month, billed quarterly at $390 per quarter. Blue Basin and Long Canyon will have an additional fee of $80/month, billed quarterly at $240 (subject to change).
HOW FAR IS SADDLEBACK FROM LAKE PLEASANT?
Our community is a 10-15 minute drive to various Lake Pleasant access points including Scorpion Bay Marina, Desert Tortoise Campground, Pleasant Harbor, Roadrunner Campground and more.
