Saddleback’s homebuilding partners are carefully selected to ensure the vision comes to life as beautifully as possible and with the lightest environmental touch. Some homes are inspired by regionally traditional styles including Craftsman Bungalow, Spanish Colonial, Monterey, Territorial Ranch and Contemporary. While others, such as what we’re calling Sonoran Mod, are inspired by the land itself. Composed in masonry, stone, stucco and modern siding—and many with welcoming front porches—these homes are designed to bring nature, friends and family all closer together.

Lennar

Single-family homes coming to the Saltbrush village

Lennar will be bringing three new home collections to Saddleback. These homes will feature open single-level designs with spacious great rooms, kitchen islands and owner’s suite walk-in closets. For those seeking multigenerational living, Lennar’s signature Next Gen® floorplan is proposed to be available, offering a private suite with its own entrance, kitchen, bedroom, bath, and living area. Additionally, select homes will feature RV garages to accommodate homebuyers with recreational vehicles or extra storage needs.
